OUR STORY

An après-hike lounge, dressed for the evening

The emblem on our door is two climbers cresting a granite ledge at sunrise. It is where the name comes from and how the room feels: stone, reclaimed timber, wrought iron, and enough candlelight to make a Tuesday feel like an occasion.

The menu is built to be passed around. Small plates, sliders, dips, and a bar program that treats a martini with the same care as a summit. Come in boots or come in black tie.

Every plate here came out of our kitchen on an ordinary night. Scallops over crispy sprouts, risotto balls, street corn dip in cast iron, sliders three to an order. Nothing styled, nothing staged.
